Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a well-established team in Sale, Manchester.

**About the role**:

- This role requires you to manage, monitor and control all aspects of operational performance.
- Delivering excellence in terms of output from the Helpdesk Operations Team.
- Dispatching jobs to engineers’ PDA systems.
- Booking in Reactive, Corrective, and Planned Maintenance works with subcontractors.
- Chasing engineers and subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed.
- Running reports on CAFM systems.
- Carry out administration tasks, raising purchase orders, and work order management.
- Accurate record-keeping for maintenance and statutory maintenance.
- Contribute to reducing levels of customer complaints.
- 09:00am - 17:00pm Mon - Fri.
- 11.95 per hour.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication, dealing with all levels of management, customers, and suppliers both internal and external.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office programmes.
- Experience in managing a workload via the CAFM system would be desirable.
- Experience in Facilities Management.
- Proficient use of IT, Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
