**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Organise and plan project meetings and events (virtual, blended and face-to-face),
- To be responsible for all arrangements to support the smooth running of project events
- Work closely alongside colleagues to ensure high quality outcomes for each of the programmes across a more virtual environment
- 'On the day' co-ordination and support on virtual workshops and events, including technical support. Directing and managing unpredictable situations which may arise.
- You will be self-directed, tenacious, and able to work as a key member of the team with a flexible approach.
- Implement and organise complex timetabling, liaising with colleagues and possibly other outside agencies**.**

**You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
