A leading construction consultancy is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their Manchester team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for steering projects to successful outcomes and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects. Previous experience with a UK construction consultancy is also desirable. Membership in a construction-related professional body, such as RICS or CIOB, is a plus. A construction-related degree qualification is also beneficial.
The successful candidate will be capable of running projects from start to finish, including all RIBA stages. You will work closely with the Associate Director, taking on project delivery and allowing them to focus on business development opportunities.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, plus a car allowance, additional training courses, and professional fees/memberships paid. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension, ride 2 work scheme, income protection, life assurance, retail discounts, expenses, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
