**Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk**
Professional Personnel Management Ltd, are one of the UK's leading M&E, HVAC Facilities Management & Construction Recruitment Specialists. Due to growth we are adding to the team here at PPM and have an fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to take over an established and successful permanent/contingency focused desk.
- Mobile/Site Commercial Gas Engineers
- Mobile/Site Air Conditioning Engineers
- Mobile/Site Electricians - Installation & Maintenance
- Mobile/Site Building Fabric Engineers
- Helpdesk/Contract Support Administrators
- M&E Supervisors & FM Supervisors
- HSEQ
**Key duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to**:
- Business development to include liaising with existing clients as well as having the ability to generate new business by way of cold calling, reference taking, lead generation techniques & client meetings and increasing awareness of the PPM Ltd brand.
- Although built-environment type experience would be highly desirable it is certainly not an essential and consideration will be given to all sectors of recruitment.
- The key parts of the position is the knowledge of temporary recruitment, the business development aspect and positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- This position is a 360-degree role that will include both the sales/business development aspect and the resourcing piece - i.e. - "Sourcing Vacancies & Making Sales Calls"
- This position is not an Account Management role - it is a traditional 360 recruitment position - having the ability to generate new business/further business from an existing client(s) as well as being able to source for a particular vacancy/vacancies.
**Please Note: This position is based from the office Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and **does not** offer home working**
- Ideally you will possess current/previous recruitment experience, either temporary/contract and/or permanent focused, preferably within the M&E building services, Facilities Management, Engineering & Construction sectors; however, consideration will be given to alternative sectors & sales backgrounds.
