Floorbrite is one of the leading commercial cleaning and facilities service providers in the UK and began in 1972. Our core services include daily cleaning, industrial/specialist cleaning, window cleaning and Washroom, Hygiene and Consumable Supplies. However, we also provide a number of supporting facilities services including Waste and Environmental Management, Pest Control, Plants and Grounds Maintenance, Security, Building Maintenance and Access Solutions.

**Floorbrite Package, Benefits and Perks**
- Salary: £11.25 per hour
- Holidays: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays
- Hours: 20 hours per week Monday to Thursday office
- Office hours: 10.00am to 2.00pm - but times are negotiable
- Place of work Based from Floorbrite HQ, Cranford House, Cranford Avenue, Sale, Manchester, M33 2AU

**Job description**
- Create and maintain job postings on multiple job portals, social media platforms and the company website
- Monitor the recruitment inbox and manage and direct incoming CVs and enquiries
- Maintain and accurately input and housekeep recruitment admin processes ensuring all activity is tracked effectively
- Be proactive in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal hiring managers, to ensure a positive experience throughout the full recruitment process
- Communicate and maintain account relationships with external stakeholders working with the recruitment agencies to gain insight across the recruitment platforms and opportunities to optimise spend
- Act as the first point of contact for any operational recruitment queries in a timely manner ensuring there is a resolution, escalating the query when necessary
- Provide reports on recruitment activity where needed
- Attend/visit local job fairs or evens as required

**Essential Skills**
- 2 years+ administration experience
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and good at time management
