The Health & Safety Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and providing expert advice to project teams. The role demands a proactive approach to safety management, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
