Role Overview: We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs at a school in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Ideally you will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in education and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students learning styles.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Carry out one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance with their learning whist ensuring that individual educational goals and needs are met.
Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive environment amongst the students.
Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.
Work with the SENCO to monitor and record student progress.

A valid right to work in the UK
Strong classroom leadership and management skills
Previous experience in a similar education setting preferred but not essential
