The Role:
We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Business Administrator to join our friendly team. If you're an experienced Administrator or an Admin Assistant ready to step up, this could be perfect for you

Key Duties:

Admin Support: Handle emails and calls, provide secretarial support, assist senior staff.
Finance: Manage financial data with SAGE One software.
Meetings: Schedule, prepare papers, and take minutes.
Digital Media & Marketing: Update the website and social media, create marketing materials.
Event Support: Help with webinars, conferences, and liaise with speakers and sponsors.About You
We love a positive, 'can-do' attitude You should have strong admin, finance, and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and in a team. Some travel for meetings and conferences is needed.

Ideal Qualifications:

3+ years office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5 GCSEs at grade C or equivalent, including English and Maths
Experience taking minutes
Familiar with accounting and CRM software
