**Duties**:

- Ensuring that the Quality of the Service meets with all policies and expectations.
- Completion of all documentation to ensure that the company maintain full care and nursing compliance.
- Organise mandatory training for new staff and upskilling for existing staff members.
- Maintain staff HR files
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Answering phones and transferring to relevant dept
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Writing and editing company correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
