We are seeking a motivated individual to join this friendly Finance Team as a part-time Credit Control Administrator. This position is based at the Tewkesbury Head Office and involves working closely with the administration and sales teams across various regional locations.

Responsibilities

Liaise with sales managers and depot staff to facilitate debt collection, customer account management, and reconciliation
Resolve queries internally and externally around outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records of all interactions
Assist the Credit Control Team Leader with aged debt review and reporting, providing accounts information to internal departments

Credit Control Administrator Training

We provide development opportunities to broaden your skillset and offer the ability to gain recognised qualifications. There is a strong emphasis on progression within the business, as many team members have advanced into other roles.

Working Hours

Permanent, Part-Time, 35 hours per week
