**Junior Office Administrator**

**Tewkesbury £22.5/£25k doe**

This is an exciting time to join our client who has a permanent full-time vacancy for a junior Administrator to join their small friendly Sales & Logistics team as they continue to grow.

**Administrator**

**Tasks**
- Sales order processing (using SAP)
- Keep customers informed regarding delivery times and shipping to manage expectations
- Support to the sales force in relation to any credit extension and/or unpaid invoices.
- Account management of relationships with carriers and suppliers.
- Pre and post sales telephone support to customers.
- Payment and petty cash management.

Experience required:

- Excellent customer services skill and friendly, helpful telephone manner
- Previous experience of sales order processing or logistics would be an advantage
- Good IT skills and accurate data entry
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
