**Job Summary**
To deliver high quality Administration support for a variety of departments

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception duties: Greet visitors in an efficient and friendly manner, recording and escorting them to the office
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices/ reimbursements and resolving any queries
- Book appointments
- Typing up reports
- Data management
- Organise refreshments for meetings
- Administration support for different departments

**Key Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Have a confident, clear telephone manner.
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Have a “can do” attitude when dealing with customer calls.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with good attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience an advantage

Salary will be dependent on experience c£23/24k depending on experience plus excellent benefits package. Hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday.
