**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments with customers; answering phone calls; greeting customers; ordering materials; filing and organizing paperwork; scanning documents; communicating with sales team; maintaining inventory of materials; assisting with billing for school programs; performing data entry into computer system.
- Perform daily inventory control tasks such as entering new orders into the company’s inventory system and updating old orders into the system.
- Assist in maintaining the office cleanliness by picking up trash and recycling daily.
- Assist in organizing sales events such as sales meetings or training sessions.
- Manage sales invoices for customers.
- Manage sales contracts for customers.
- Ensure that contracts are signed and entered into the company’s business records correctly by signing contracts for customers on a monthly basis.
- Manage contracts for customers who are new to the company or have recently joined. Assist with explaining contract terms to them so they understand what they signed when they sign their contract with the company for any new students or teachers that come to Tewkesbury or any other school that needs new materials from ABEC Ltd.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 - 26 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
