Recruitment Coordinator, Poole, £24,000 basic + Quarterly Bonuses

The purpose of this role

As our Recruitment Coordinator you’ll be supporting our team of experienced Recruitment Consultants to attract and identify suitable candidates for our clients’ vacancies.  You’ll be pivotal in the team by providing our candidates with the best experience throughout their journey, ensuring we’re the consultancy of choice every time.

With a first-class induction and training plan from day one, this is a steppingstone for someone who wants to develop into a Recruitment Consultant.  Rubicon’s Head of Marketing started as a Recruitment Coordinator 5 years ago.

As Recruitment Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

Headhunting candidates via job boards
Contacting registered candidates within our database
Initial qualification of candidates to job adverts
Creating compelling adverts for our client’s vacancies
Preparing candidate profiles and CVs to present to clients
Keeping our CRM database up to date
Ideally, you’ll have the following background/experience:

Customer service
A professional telephone manner and use of the telephone as a key element of your current/previous roles
A confident, outgoing, positive outlook on life
Fast paced ‘can-do’ attitude
Experience with updating a database as you work
A full Drivers Licence.
