Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and organised Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role you will be a crucial part of the GoodOaks Homecare Bournemouth and Poole team, as well as supporting franchisees across the network.

**Main responsibilities**
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, such as DBS checks and right to work checks.
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality care staff.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to care staff throughout their employment with the company.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
- Supporting the franchise network by providing training and mentoring sessions when required, and for recruiting key roles in start-up franchisees’ businesses.

**About you**
- Previous experience of recruitment, preferably in the health and social care sector or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
