You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health to achieve their ambitions and potential. Joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression and development opportunities.

You will support individuals to develop coping mechanisms and tools to better manage their mental health. The ideal candidate will be great listener, with a flexible approach and a flair for planning and prioritising a busy workload, you love motivating and engaging people in a range of rehabilitative activities. What`s more, you will have a good understanding of mental health issues and how they affect people.

The successful candidate be adaptable and resilient, no qualifications are essential as company provide full training and also offer career progression and qualifications.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £24150 Plus £10 for each night shift with exciting training, progression and career development.
