Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care and professional development.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Monitor and manage risk within the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive support services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a senior support worker in a similar setting.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and mental capacity legislation.
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification desirable.
