We’re looking for an Business Development Specialist who is motivated, organised and creative. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Fiora is an integrated agency and we have created a beautiful growth model that needs presenting to B2C and B2B businesses.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Drive new customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls to prospective businesses using our CRM.
  • Provide bespoke solutions that meet customers' needs by selling our suite of marketing services
  • Build future sales by managing a pipeline of prospects through customer relationship building and market awareness.

To Succeed in this role:

  • You will need experience in selling services into businesses.
  • A knowledge of Marketing inc Design,Video, Paid Media, Web Design & Build and CRM marketing a must.
  • Be commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
  • Understand how to drive cost of revenue and margins to achieve sales targets.
  • Have a proven track record of commercial success in B2B or B2C sales
  • Be organised and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Drive and commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • You will need experience in selling services into businesses.
  • A knowledge of marketing inc Design, Paid Media, Web Design & Build and CRM marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
