Responsibilities:
- Researchand develop training materials for pipeline and terminaloperations.
- Assess competencies within the teamand identify knowledge gaps for targeteddevelopment.
- Actively liaise with externalregulatory bodies and auditors to ensure compliance and continuousimprovement.

Educational Level andProfessional QualificationsRequired/Ideal:
MinimumRequired: Higher Technical Qualification or DegreeLevel Education in a STEM subject (Physical Science Technology orEngineering discipline).
Ideal:Bachelors Degree in a relevant STEM subject(Physical Science Technology or Engineeringdiscipline).
Experience (includingnumber of years in role)Required/Ideal:
MinimumRequired: 5 Years in a teaching / instruction roleKey Stage 3.
Ideal:7 years Key Stage 4.
OtherDevelopmentRequirements:
- Understandthe business environment in which the company operates and have anappreciation of the business sector and the companiesinvolved.
- Good working knowledge of relevantwritten resources and standards where to find them and how to applythem.
- Good understanding of the needs ofworking in a hazardous environment work control systems and theControl of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH)regulations.
- Is conversant with relevant Health& Safety legislation and operational safety requirements asper Job Standards and can identify gaps required to developpersonal competency.
