Cube is a small creative and digital agency that specialist creative and digital communication agency based in the North West and we are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our talented team.

Role:

As the Business Development Manager, your responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline of leads, offering our expert understanding and knowledge in creative, branding as well as website development and bespoke digital solutions. You will also help nurture and grow our current accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, ideally within an agency, have a clear understanding of the digital and creative industry, a proven track record in sales, ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, be able to work independently in a home-based environment with a competitive package which includes commission.

Duties include:

  • Proactively developing your own sales pipeline that promote our services and convert into new business.
  • Handling enquiries and following up leads in a timely and positive manner, establish a rapport and convert opportunities.
  • Looking after established clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying up-selling opportunities.
  • Promoting and market the agency, suggesting areas of improvement and maximising sales wherever possible.
  • Gathering briefs from prospective clients, and feeding these briefs into the relevant teams.
  • Preparing presentations/proposals.
  • Presenting proposals to clients.
  • Attending client meetings when required.

Skills Required:

  • Solid and proven sales results.
  • Experience of a sales/customer facing role within an agency.
  • Interest and knowledge of digital marketing - trends, methods, and emerging technologies.
  • Have self-motivation and the desire to exceed set targets and objectives.
  • Superb communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Have a strong and well established network to bring to the role.
