To complement our existing services and fortify our position in the market, we're launching a dedicated Business Development team focused on Commercial Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Facilities Management (FM) sectors. This strategic initiative aligns with our commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving exponential growth in revenue.

We're seeking a proactive Business Development Manager specializing in Commercial M&E and FM to spearhead our expansion efforts. Develop and execute a strategic plan outlining short-, medium-, and long-term goals for the Business Development M&E department.

Conduct regular client-facing meetings, update CRM with interactions, and focus on driving deal closures.

Provide leadership in the growth and development of the department, identifying opportunities for expansion.

Utilize performance metrics and industry insights to inform decision-making and drive results.

Proven track record in business development, account management, and portfolio growth.
Strong understanding of the M&E and FM sectors, with established networks and relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and leveraging LinkedIn for business

Willingness to travel as required.
