We are delighted to be supporting a client in Surrey to hire a HR Manager to join their growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Manager to join an established organisation that grows by acquisition.
There will be a requirement to be based in the office in Surrey a minimum of 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday) with travel to Northampton 1 day per week. Some travel to Sussex may also be required. This is a predominantly office based role but start and finish times are completely flexible.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. You will also manage TUPE related activity and harmonization projects.

Lead on HR Operations & HR Strategy planning
Improve current HR Processes and documentation
Own all policy and procedural updates
TUPE – Responsible for all TUPE related activity including Employee Contract, due diligence and integration
HR Reporting
Provide first line guidance and support to managers and employees alike
Advise CEO & Group FC on HR Best Practice and legislative changes
Recruitment and Onboarding

Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar senior HR role within a multi-site organization.
Experience managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
