Head of Sales - Grocery Central London – 3 office days per week
£70- £80k plus bonus

Proven experience in FMCG sales leadership, within a high-growth startup or challenger brand.
⭐️ In-depth knowledge of the UK grocery and food service landscape.
⭐️A track record of securing new grocery listings and driving sales growth.
⭐️Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
⭐️Ability to work independently and own the sales strategy from day one.
⭐️Passion for food innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact.
⭐️ Develop and implement a killer sales strategy to drive growth across grocery, food service, and beyond.
⭐️Lead commercial negotiations with retailers and guide the entire sales process from start to finish.
⭐️Provide critical insights into category trends, forecasting, and business planning.
⭐️Deliver top-tier customer service and manage key accounts to build lasting partnerships.
⭐️Be the face of the brand at industry events, bringing energy and passion to every interaction.
