Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner who are seeking a Support Consultant to join and support with their ongoing and newly onboarded projects.
You will provide technical expertise in addressing system and software issues raised by their clients
Managing the diagnosis and resolution of issues within specified service level agreements.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently and politely answering support calls
Logging pertinent information, resolving calls within your scope of training, or escalating them as necessary.
Essential qualifications include proven experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 in a Support or Technical capacity.
2+ years Dynamics CE CRM support experience (essential).
~ Customisation & Configuration (reverse engineering/understanding of how it works).
~ Must have strong data projects experience with D365 CE CRM.
~ Ability to translate technical language to non-technical audience.

23 days' holiday (rising to 28 with service).
~ Company contributory pension.

~ This company has an office based in Manchester, but the position is fully remote.
