SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU NEED TO MAKE AN IMPACT: Tech Savvy: You'll master the art of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and security products like a pro, with expertise in top-notch brands like Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme. Lead Hunter: Finding and qualifying leads is your superpower, spotting golden opportunities and qualify them with laser precision. Crush your KPIs: Mastering proactive outreach and customer meetings, nailing accurate forecasts with high close rates, and turbocharging pipeline growth, sales speed, and closing deals Market Detective: Dive into market research and emerge with insights that give you a competitive edge. Communication Ace: Whether you’re writing an email or pitching in person, your words are clear, persuasive, and impactful. Relationship Builder: You don’t just make contacts; you build relationships that last, fostering trust and long-term success. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE: Proven New Business Hunter: With 2+ years of experience under your belt, you’ve honed your sales skills in hunting for new business, ideally in the fast-paced connectivity or telecoms industry. Solution Selling Expert: You know how to sell not just products, but complete solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs. Public Sector Insight: While not a must, your experience selling to public sector clients is a valuable asset that sets you apart. Customer-Centric Pro: You thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, where meeting and exceeding expectations is just part of the job. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU AS OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE? A competitive salary of £(phone number removed) + double OTE uncapped 33 days holiday (25 + 8) increasing with length of service plus you can buy or sell leave.
