Internal Sales Executive:  Temporary to permanent contract to start ASAP
Location: Birmingham ( B90 )
Hours of Work:   (Apply online only) ( Monday to Thursday ) & (Apply online only) ( Fridays )        
Rate of pay: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour
Main duties & responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Owner/Sales Director, you will be contacting a targeted list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments to further grow our client base.
You will be part of a friendly team of at least 3 other Internal Sales Executives who you will work alongside.
Duties include -
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow ups.
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
Explaining our services and how we can add value to other businesses.
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
Researching for new leads.
Keeping up to date with competitor offers and services.
Skills & experience required:
Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
Able to achieve a dial target of approx. 20 calls per hour.
Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated
Work well within a team and as an individual
Live within a commutable distance to B90
