Office based in Solihull 5 days a week, working 1pm til 9pm USA hours

·The Company recruiting for the Business Development Executive:
This dynamic and fast growing organisation are looking to expand their commercial sales team due to sustained growth. You will be joining an award winning business whose software helps the development of their customer portfolio. Having seen sizable growth over the last 10 years this global business with offices throughout the world they are leading the way in their sector. Having built a dynamic and enthusiastic sales culture you will have the opportunity to join a well trained and motivated sales team. Priding themselves on their sales environment you will be fully trained and supported throughout your career.

The Role of the Business Development Executive:
You will be working closely with, and supporting a team of Sales Account Managers managing and developing a portfolio of customers. Adopting a consultative sales approach, you will build & develop strong working relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn
Manage and nurture incoming sales leads & enquiries in addition to supporting your own new business development strategy
Support your Account Management colleagues with all sales related queries & solutions

This is a fantastic role for someone that is looking for the opportunity to move into the lucrative software sales arena.

Ideally being of graduate calibre, this isn’t essential however your personality and character to perform in a sales role is more important. 1-9pm daily in Solihull 5 Days per week
