This role is based inour Abingdon offices, on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days perweek in the office.

You will be responsible forgenerating revenue growth, maximizing customer retention, anddelivering outstanding sales and service experiences. KeyResponsibilities

· Drive revenue growth throughproactive sales of Achilles products and services, taking theinitiative to achieve exceptional results.

· Identify andcapitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximisesales potential.

· Achieve and surpass sales targets on amonthly, quarterly, and annual basis, showcasing your exceptionalsales skills.

· Cultivate strong customer relationships,understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meettheir requirements.

· Optimise customer accounts to extractmaximum value from their subscriptions.

· Promote product usagewithin supplier organisations through insightful reporting and dataanalysis.

· Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptionalexperience, going the extra mile to deliver satisfaction.

·Collaborate with Account Managers to support buyer-led campaigns andpromptly address any issues that arise.

· Manage annualsubscription renewals effectively to maximise customer retentionrates.

· Provide prompt and effective in-life support tocustomers, resolving queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

· Maintain accurate customer information and records in the CRMsystem, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
