Main Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to follow up and convert (B2B) sales for Lingo in the UK market.
This role will collaborate with the Lingo Field sales team (based in the UK) to close prospective Lingo B2B customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the Lingo value proposition and marketing messaging to be able to explain the product function, benefits and relevance to potential customers
- Delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets
- Follow up, nurture and closing existing engaged leads
- Conducting product demos and training, utilising all available communication channels (in person, video, phone)
- Negotiating and executing contracts
- Implementing after sales care
- Tracking and documenting interactions across teams with customers to develop key performance indicators and track progress to plans
Education:
2-3 years of work experience - previous exposure working within inside sales environment
