UK Sales Development Specialist

Main Purpose of the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to pursue and convert business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities for Lingo in the UK market.

This role will collaborate with the Lingo Field sales team to close prospective Lingo B2B customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Lingo value proposition and marketing messaging to effectively communicate the product's features, benefits, and relevance to potential customers.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales conversion targets.
  • Nurture and close existing engaged leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training using various communication channels.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts.
  • Provide after-sales support.
  • Track and document interactions with customers to develop key performance indicators and monitor progress against plans.

Requirements:

2-3 years of work experience in an inside sales environment.
