Head of Sales Operations Role
A start-up FinTech company are looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager into their client facing team urgently. In this role, you will have a high impact on the business, playing a critical part in the change management initiatives.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to work at a high-growth business in a role where you will be responsible for the following:

CRM Change Management (Impact analysis and change, testing and release, and managing CRM Data)
Reporting and Analytics (Defining reports and dashboards in CRM for users and senior management, sales forecasting etc)

Sales Operations Manager Role Requirements:

Knowledge of CRM Tool and Change Management Lifecycle
Knowledge of regulatory reporting regulations objectives and obligations
experience working in financial services, regulatory reporting, and change management roles
