Pre-sales / Sales Operations Manager - London - Hybrid working - £65k pa
Our client, who is a Global Unified Communications Solutions company, is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales / Sales Operations Manager to join their expanding team based in London.
You will be responsible for Customer Success, Delivery and support management throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead the team and manage the engagement with Partners and Stakeholders.
It is expected that you will have at least 2 - 3 years experience working as a Pre-Sales / Sales Operations Manager dealing with:
Sales / Pre-Sales, Contracts, Customer on-boarding, Partner Pricing, Quotations, CRM admin, Project Management, Board Reporting, Bid Management. In addition experience of reviewing, drafting and managing commercial documentation as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
This role is a hybrid working role.
