Our client is an innovative leader in the dynamic world of Connected TV (CTV), Broadcast, and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising. With a commitment to revolutionizing the ad tech landscape, they are transforming how audiences connect with content across screens.
The AdOps Manager will play a key role in optimizing and delivering digital advertising campaigns across CTV, Broadcast, and DOOH platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience who is well-versed in managing end-to-end ad operations, troubleshooting campaign issues, and ensuring campaigns meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an AdOps role, ideally within the Broadcast or CTV space, and a strong understanding of ad tech systems.
Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of ad campaigns across CTV, Broadcast, and DOOH platforms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve ad-serving issues and technical glitches quickly to minimize downtime and maximize ad performance.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, account management, creative, and product teams to streamline ad operations processes and ensure campaign requirements are met.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, producing insightful reports to inform clients and internal stakeholders on key performance indicators and optimizations.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of campaign management, including tracking, testing, and validation of ads to meet client expectations.
Experience: 3-5 years in an AdOps position, ideally with experience in Broadcast or CTV environments. Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy in ad operations.
