Office Manager / PA Wimbledon / Fully Office Based
Are you an experienced Office Manager or PA looking for a new challenge? Our client, a dynamic company located in Central Wimbledon, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Office Manager/PA. As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the office. you will be wearing multiple hats, Office Management, PA, Events, HR, It First Line Support
Office Organisation: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
- Handle financial tasks and payment processing accurately and promptly.
- Plan and execute office events with creativity and attention to detail.
- General Office Duties: Support daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Service Payments: Manage accounts and oversee payments for various services.
- Travel Arrangements: Optimise travel plans and coordinate schedules effectively.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Office Manager or PA.
- Adaptability to meet different project requirements.
