We are excited to be working with a Leading UK Innovation company who are looking to recruit a People Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the People Director to deliver the People Strategy across the organisation, establishing effective and efficient people processes aligned to the business strategy and resulting in effective service delivery.
As the People Business Partner, you will have a real impact on the experience across the business, including employees, managers, and leaders, while contributing to and leading strategic people projects.
Business Partnering across various departments in the company.
# Providing legally compliant advice to ensure employee well-being and minimize risk to the organisation.
# Supporting the People Director in delivering strategic HR projects and leading agreed projects.
# Developing a culture that supports the business strategy and ethos.
# Collaborating with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent and specialist skills.
# Keeping abreast of legal frameworks, updating People policies, and staying informed of modern HR practices.

Essential Criteria: We are looking for an experienced business partner who can demonstrate:
A successful track record in a People/HR setting with a focus on delivery and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Location: Blackfriars, Central London (hybrid working; at least 2 days in the office).
