Human Resources Intern – Interim – Central London – Hybrid Working – 12 month fixed term contract – £30,000 per annum + Fantastic Company Benefits

Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a global asset servicing organisation, based in Central London, in the search for a Human Resources Intern. They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working, 3 days per week on site and 2 remotely.

Reed Talent Professionals are supporting a global asset servicing organisation in the search for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in the financial district near Liverpool Street, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic HR team supporting over 120 employees. This role is ideal for someone who can work effectively with both people and data and is looking for a valuable interim opportunity.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Administer all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including staff movements, payroll & benefits administration, and training.
  • Support the team with annual HR duties, including the appraisal process and compensation review.
  • Deliver monthly reporting requirements from Head Office.
  • Utilise strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Access databases.
  • Participate in HR projects to drive forward HR-related initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and update local policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in Paris on group requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business and/or HR Management.
  • Some experience in a similar, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proactive, committed, and reliable.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • French language skills (written or spoken) are desirable.
