Client Administrator, Exeter Office, up to £ 30,000 Role purpose: A prestigious financial planning business is looking for a Client Support/Administrator to provide administration support to the Planner and Technical Support team. To promote the Company in a good light. Remain customer service focused at all times and always ensure empathy with our customer's needs. Main Responsibilities To have a deep understanding of the sales process, client file requirements and FCA requirements. To deliver a personalised and high level of customer service according to each clients circumstances and objectives To Input all client information and history into the back office system. To Collate all documentation and ensure that the New Business pack is complete prior to submitting applications to providers. To effectively manage and look after an individual ongoing case list to include new business cases and ensure own tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. To Be a point of contact for client queries. Deal with client and provider correspondence. Make sure that the client file is compliant. Prepare review packs ahead of client meetings. To follow Company and FCA procedures at all times. Undertake day-to-day administration tasks basis as requested.
