Our client, a well-established wealth management firm based in Exeter with over a decade of experience, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Support Administrator to join our Strategic Financial Planning and Portfolio Management team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with substantial experience in financial services administration, particularly in managing client onboarding, application processing, and portfolio management support.
This role offers Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible on specific days)
Client Support Administrator responsibilities will include:
* Oversee client onboarding, including application preparation, submission, and ensuring accurate documentation
* Manage the full application process, verifying figures and monitoring fund movements for proper allocation
* Communicate with clients to address queries and provide investment status updates
* Assist with portfolio management, maintaining accurate client data, and refining processes for efficiency
Requirements of the Client Support Administrator:
* Extensive experience in financial services administration, with expertise in financial products, client onboarding, and portfolio management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client information and financial transactions
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders
