**As a Client Support Officer, you will**:
- Receive and effectively process written and phone enquiries, providing high quality service to all.
- Become an expert in the use of our bespoke systems, service-specific knowledge and communication skills through training and personal development programmes.
- Be an integral member of the Client Support Team by consistently demonstrating quality team work and a positive attitude.
- Uphold the mission and values of the business.
- Consistently achieve team and individual KPI’s.
**Following successful completion of your 6-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to develop more specialist knowledge and skills, adding the following duties to the above**:
- Work alongside the Guru, Client Experience Executive, Client Service Team Leader, and Client Service Manager to offer valuable support.
- Be an expert in the use of uCheck systems and the required knowledge associated with the products we offer through self-driven upskilling and knowledge retention time.
- Provide product and system-specific support and guidance through mentorship of less experienced team members.
- Deliver training to new and existing team members as and when required.
- Carry out project work and system testing in line with the needs of the business.
- Work with a mindset of continual improvement in both product and performance areas.
Please note we work to a hybrid office/home working policy. There are opportunities to work from home but there is also a requirement to work in the office regularly.
