As our first point of contact for customers, the Custom Club Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Team. Providing first class B2B customer service experience, as well as communicating clearly on needs and expectations to the wider team including, the Assistant Manager – Production Admin, Credit Control team, Production and Warehousing teams and our Sales team.

Work closely with relevant departments to ensure highest level of service is provided to customers.
Ensure that customer and sales-force queries are resolved promptly and correctly.
Participating in training and other learning to expand knowledge of the custom order assembly process.

The role will be office based within our site in Cumbernauld.
