Woodland Group are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our site in Hayes. Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be with the warehouse manager and warehouse compliance supervisor working alongside transport and both import and export teams in completing all procedures to achieve compliance targets. Responsible for meeting customer requirements for deliveries.
Actively seek to understand customer operational requirements and identify any service or delivery concerns or failures;
Work with the Warehouse teams to continually improve processes and business performance, continue checks on use of dimension machine and updating of FCL.
Holiday/Sickness cover planning.
Daily warehouse checks on racking and forklifts.
Overseeing of all warehouse daily operational planning.
You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships;
You excel with a team environment as well as being able to work autonomously when required;
You are flexible, adaptable, and open minded and respond well to the ever-changing priorities and challenges while remaining calm and focussed on getting the job done;
