This is a great opportunity for a General Manager to open and drive forward an exciting, dynamic and funky NEW Tapas Restaurant. The brand is all about energy, its freshly cooked food with a strong bar and evening offering. We are looking for a General Manager from a premium, branded or non branded restaurant background, it's going to be all about your energy and passion and as such we're really keen to talk to career minded senior Assistant Managers who are ready and looking to take on their first restaurant as a General Manager or alternatively an existing GM looking for a new and exciting challenge. The culture is all about entrepreneurial flair, fun and giving the managers the autonomy and support to be highly successful without being constrained and burdened by producing countless reports and data to regional management and head office What's essential is you'll enjoy being front of house and highly visible in the restaurant with diners and staff, you'll be recruiting coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver great service and ensure that this restaurant is the new place to go and be seen in Beaconsfield offering a great value and fun experience. You'll need to be passionate about delivering to standards, you'll be strong with figures and cost controls and you'll be highly efficient at rostering the team and ensuring that GPs are hit across the range of food and wetside sales. Youll be responsible for the profit and loss, for a business that will be turning over in excess of £1 million per annum, so financial management skills are essential. We are particularly keen to talk to managers currently working for premium, full service-branded and fast paced restaurants who love what they do and are genuinely passionate about serving great fresh food with quality ingredients and who can show us what great service looks like. The package on offer comprises of a highly competitive basic salary up to £45K dependent on experience accompanied by an opportunity to earn up to £9k bonus plus tips and paid overtime.
