About the role:
As we continue to evolve, we have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team.

Youll have 138 bedrooms, (and another 47 under development) Wave leisure club and spa, 8 meeting rooms with capacity for 300 and our restaurant 1269.

Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel

team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success

They also:
Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.

Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.


About you:
An inspiring leader with a burning passion for hospitality, you have a proven pedigree as a hotel leader and will be excited to take the hotel to the next level
