Position: Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Location: Glorious Estate Venue

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Accommodation: Live-in available within a shared 2-bed flat (walking distance)

This is a prestigious estate venue known for its refined elegance and exceptional dining experiences. Our restaurant offers a fine dining concept, where guests can indulge in exquisite cuisine amidst a breathtaking setting. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate seasonal menus that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary creativity.

- Manage reservations, optimizing seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient table turnover.

- Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized experiences.

- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and expenses, while maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Train and develop staff, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment, with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- A passion for the culinary arts and a deep understanding of fine dining service standards.

- Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Sound financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Relevant food hygiene and safety certifications.

- Live-in accommodation within a shared 2-bed flat (walking distance) is available.
