Job Description

A hugely successful talent agency are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic London team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, executing, and delivery of talent-focused influencer campaigns.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for digital talent & creators, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing influencer projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brands to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience for influencer & talent campaigns
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for each campaign, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, social media, and talent, to execute campaign deliverables
  • Implement talent management strategies to identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with influencers that align with client brands and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular updates to clients on progress, insights, and optimizations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and providing exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • You will have 4+ years experience overseeing influencer/talent projects within a demanding agency environment
  • Commercially minded
  • Extremely organised with an excellent knowledge of influencer outreach, contract negotiations
