Job Type: Full-Time Freelance Contract


Salary: $30,000 annually + 3% of managed projects (ranging from $5,000 to $500,000) paid out monthly

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to spearhead initiatives for a high-profile gambling client. This role is crucial for managing large-scale projects, handling complex data, and maintaining robust influencer engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Communicate with large numbers of influencers through WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
  • Employ creative techniques to capture the attention of influencers and uncover hard-to-find contact details.
  • Manage extensive datasets and complex Excel files, utilizing advanced formulas for thorough data analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables are met with precision and creativity.
  • Delegate administrative tasks to a Junior Campaign Manager, focusing on efficiency and time management.
  • Assess campaign performance continuously and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capabilities in data management.
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and influencer engagement.
  • Experience with influencer sourcing software is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills, well-suited for a remote work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to business.
