Our longevity and reputation is a testament to our unwavering pursuit of excellence in all aspects of our operations We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and providing accurate quotations and tenders.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the window glazing market
Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate project estimates
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window glazing projects
Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close sales
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Ability to maintain customer information by using the in-house CRM system
Capable of compiling Sales and Estimating reports 
Ability to work on the preparation/writing of PQQ’s and tender bids

Proven experience in sales and estimating, preferably in the construction or glazing industry
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
An understanding of CAD Drawings is advantageous
Experience and or training in operating standard window, curtain walling, architectural computerised estimating systems
