We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and providing accurate quotations and tenders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the window glazing market
  • Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate project estimates
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window glazing projects
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close sales
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively address customer needs
  • Ability to maintain customer information by using the in-house CRM system
  • Capable of compiling Sales and Estimating reports 
  • Ability to work on the preparation/writing of PQQ’s and tender bids


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and estimating, preferably in the construction or glazing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • An understanding of CAD Drawings is advantageous
  • Experience and or training in operating standard window, curtain walling, architectural computerised estimating systems
