Our Facilities Management division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FM Contract Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation and mobilization of our contract operations.

The Facilities Management Regional Contract Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall success of contract operations and mobilization projects within the UK and EMEA regions. Oversee the lifecycle of facilities management contracts, ensuring contract terms are met and service delivery meets company standards.
Lead contract mobilization efforts, managing the transition from contract award to full operational capability.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align facilities management strategies with business goals.
Ensure that contracts provide a healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both NEWMARK and Vendor activities, and systems operate to ensure regular review.
Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.
Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations and standards in all areas of facilities management.
Facilitate effective communication and reporting between teams, clients, and management.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and clients.
Travel to EMEA regions as needed to oversee operations and meet with stakeholders.

Proven experience in contract operations, contract mobilization, and facilities management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Organized, able to prioritize and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments.
Ability to gain trust and support of top-level management and key client decision makers.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective management of people at all levels of the organization
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel to EMEA regions when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles, with a focus on contract operations and mobilization.
Professional certifications in facilities management or contract management are a plus.
