Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive HR support and advice to management and employees, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and adherence to company policies.
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and managing disciplinary processes where necessary.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Identify opportunities for the improvement of HR practices and contribute to their implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential.
- Active progression towards CIPD Level 5 is required.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or equivalent is preferred.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive matters with discretion.
